The NEWPALEX method for transforming the provision of palliative care: integrating health and social care and building compassionate community networks
Abstract
New Health Foundation (NHF) supports organizations in their transformation towards delivering people-centred integrative palliative care, involving health and social care staff working together with compassionate comunity networks. For such purpose, NHF has created the NEWPALEX method for developing high-quality integrated palliative care services.
