Abstract
The paper’s objective is to emphasize the applicability of AGILE Methodology in quality assurance of organic herbs conditioning. This paper begins with a brief overview of the theoretical components of quality assurance and a short introduction in AGILE Methodology emphasizing how may be applied in a variety of industries, such as the food processing industry and pharmaceutical industry. The goals of interdisciplinarity are customer happiness, productivity growth, and profit maximization.
