Tools for evaluation of the workshop.

TOOLDESCRIPTION
Assessment of Knowledge gained by participantsAnonymized pre- and post-training assessment tests completed by participants in two of the three workshops.
The assessment tests comprised objective questions relating to clinical knowledge of HTN, screening, diagnosis, treatment, and its complications.
Scores ranged from 0 to a maximum of 20. Each correct response received one point.
Assessment of the training by the participantsA comprehensive course evaluation questionnaire was completed confidentially by participants in workshop one of the training workshops to assess participants’ views of the training.
They scored different parts of the training using a Likert scale (4: excellent, 3: very good, 2: good, 1: poor).
